So to introduce the exceptional Paradis Imperial Cognac - a fine blend of rare 19th and 20th century cognacs inspired by the original the company created in 1818 for Tsar Alexander I as a present from his mother – Orient Unlimited recreated the grandeur of a Russian palace on the rooftop of the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Macau for a week of exclusive dinners. In an entirely bespoke environment, the pièce de résistance was the chandelier our designers made from myriad shades of amber to reflect the many original eaux de vie distilled to produce this delectable drink.
